Engagement roadmap
Three steps complete the circle. The fourth keeps your structure ahead of change.
A confidential discussion of your objectives, timeline and constraints.
A written proposal with the scope, deliverables, timeline and fees.
We carry out the work and coordinate the other professionals involved, such as accountants, banks and foreign counsel.
For clients with an ongoing engagement, we keep track of the legal, tax and regulatory changes that affect their structure, and raise them before they become a problem.
Delivery is not the end of the engagement.
Why Cyprus
EU membership, a legal system rooted in English common law, and a working day that overlaps with Singapore in the morning, London and Dubai for most of the day, and New York in the afternoon.
Member of the European Union since 2004 and of the eurozone since 2008, with access to the EU single market.
A legal system based on English common law, with English widely used in business and contracts.
A natural base for business between Europe, Asia and Africa.
An extensive network of double tax treaties and an established framework for holding and fund structures.
Global reach
Clients, investors and counterparties are spread across continents. Cyprus sits in the middle.
Who we work with
Moving a business, a family or both, with the company, tax and residence questions that come with it.
Holding structures, governance, succession and estate planning for private wealth.
Fund structuring, launch coordination and governance in Cyprus and Luxembourg.
Local businesses and groups, and international companies using Cyprus as a base for European and regional operations.
Tell us what you are planning. We will tell you how we can help.
The extra degree of excellence.
About us
A boutique advisory firm in Cyprus, working alongside its associated legal practice, for enterprises, investors and their stakeholders.
The 361° philosophy
Traditional consulting stops at 360 degrees. We look for the one degree beyond it: the insight that turns a sound structure into a competitive advantage.
Effective advice goes beyond theoretical compliance. We tailor every solution to the commercial reality of your business, then take the execution off your hands, so your structures, governance and transactions are resilient, efficient and aligned with your long-term plans.
I founded 361° Advisory Group on a simple belief: the most valuable advice lies one degree beyond the obvious. My role is to take complex legal and commercial matters off your desk and turn them into clear next steps, so you can focus on running and growing your business.
